The GBi Enterprise Ecosystem (GBi) is a multi-sector digital enterprise ecosystem, developed on the foundation of Greenmech Vietnam and officially operated by GBi EcoZ Co., Ltd. from January 1, 2026.
GBi is built upon the philosophy of Systems Thinking and Ecosystem-Based Business Thinking, guided by a consistent mission: “Building People – People Build the Ecosystem.”
GBi provides comprehensive digital ecosystem and digital transformation solutions for enterprises, ranging from operational platforms and digital connectivity to trade and tourism promotion, market expansion, and sustainable development.
The ecosystem is designed to create long-term value and enable cross-border connectivity within the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS).
I. General Introduction

The GBi Enterprise Ecosystem (GBi) originated from the digital and organizational foundation of Greenmech Vietnam and has been further developed and operated by GBi EcoZ Co., Ltd. since January 1, 2026.
GBi operates under the principles of Systems Thinking and Ecosystem-Based Business Strategy, positioning itself as an ecosystem architect and operator rather than a conventional technology provider.
GBi was founded through the long-term partnership between Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung and Mr. Pham Quy Hung, who studied International Business together in Thailand.
During the period 2022–2023, while exploring opportunities in agricultural products and French wine distribution across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, they reconnected and shared a vision for a multi-sector digital ecosystem tailored to Vietnamese enterprises.
Through extensive discussions with experts from the NetID Digital Platform, GBi was gradually shaped and structured into its current form.
II. Business Development
1. 2022–2023 – Formation of the Ecosystem Vision

In response to the rapidly growing demand for digitalization and multi-sector commerce in Vietnam, GBi focused on:
- Defining a clear vision for a digital ecosystem model serving Vietnamese enterprises;
- Applying systems thinking as the strategic foundation;
- Engaging in in-depth collaboration with experts from the NetID digital platform.
- This phase marked the formal establishment of the GBi Enterprise Ecosystem development direction.
2. 2023–2024 – Partnership & Value Expansion

GBi expanded cooperation and co-development with a wide range of public institutions, organizations, and enterprises.

5. Q4/2025 – Cross-Border Expansion

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the ecosystem officially adopted the name GBi Enterprise Ecosystem and expanded its activities across borders, particularly in Cambodia:
