Historical Milestones

1975
An Giang Agricultural Materials Company was founded — the predecessor of An Giang Agricultural Technical Services Company — specializing in the supply of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, and machinery parts.
1986
An Giang Agricultural Technical Services Company (ANTESCO) was officially established from the merger of three provincial agricultural units. The company continued providing agricultural machinery, fertilizers, and pesticides.
After two years, the plant protection division was separated, and ANTESCO was granted an import-export license for agricultural materials and products by the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
1992
On November 2, 1992, ANTESCO was restructured into a state-owned enterprise with initial charter capital of VND 7,248,217,000 under Decision No. 530/QĐUB of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee.

1994
ANTESCO established its first fruit and vegetable processing plant for export, introducing new crop varieties such as edamame, okra, and baby corn for frozen export.
1999
The company expanded with a modern freezing factory equipped with U.S. and Danish technology, capacity 10,000 tons/year.
ANTESCO also developed its own raw material areas through investment and contract farming, ensuring stable supply and supporting farmers’ livelihoods. Main products: baby corn, edamame, and pineapple.

2008
A by-product processing facility was added to produce feed pellets from fruit and vegetable peels (capacity: 2,400 tons/year), contributing to environmental protection and waste reduction.
2011
In June 2011, under Government Decree No. 109/2007/NĐ-CP, the company officially transitioned to An Giang Fruit-Vegetables & Foodstuff Joint Stock Company (ANTESCO).

2015
ANTESCO invested 7 million US dollars to build its third factory equipped with the latest European technology (capacity: 12,000 tons/year).
2022
The company invested 10 million US dollars to automate and expand the My An Factory, increasing total finished-product capacity to 45,000 tons/year — becoming a leading producer in Vietnam in terms of production capability.
2023
Investment of over 10 million US dollars in a new frozen fresh fruit processing plant at Loc Son Industrial Park, Bao Loc, Lam Dong Province.

2024
On January 22, 2024, ANTESCO increased its charter capital from VND 83,999,880,000 to VND 143,999,880,000 through a stock dividend issuance for 2022.
The company participated in WorldFood Moscow 2024 (Russia) and SIAL Paris 2024 (France).
ANTESCO celebrated its 50th Anniversary with activities including art performances, sports events, and skill competitions.
2025
After the 2023 dividend share issuance, ANTESCO’s charter capital rose to VND 205,037,080,000.
