Production Process

From raw material selection to final bottling, Kim Hoa Fish Sauce strictly adheres to international standards including HACCP (Food Safety and Hygiene) and PDO “Phu Quoc” (Protected Designation of Origin certified by the EU).
Fresh anchovies are mixed with sea salt in a secret traditional ratio immediately after being caught, then fermented in wooden barrels for at least 12 months before extraction and bottling directly on Phu Quoc Island.
